Our reporting system is extensive yet simple and uncomplicated enough for anyone to understand. Numerous photos will be generated on site for the inspector to go over and discuss with you. This is crucial for your understanding of the home as a whole. In your 'on site' printed report we will describe all of the areas of the home with the accompanying photos.
We carry a full array of equipment to help disclose the condition of the home.
Electrical and plumbing testing equipment, moisture testing equipment, probes etc. A thorough knowledge of buildings and their components along with relevant experience and common sense though, are our most valuable tools.
Greater Victoria Home Inspection Services will inspect your home with the confidence of experience and knowledge. You will also recieve your report on site that day at the end of the inspection process. All of this in an easy to read and understandable format. In your report you will receive a maintenance manual. This you will need to help you keep your home in good condition and to make minor improvements. You will receive a CD with all of the pictures in the report on it as well as an informative section from the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation. You can also contact your inspector anytime with questions.
